Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order, simply call our customer service at 9511918611 (11AM - 6PM) or email us at care@thestylediva.in or use the "contact us" page

Your order can only be cancelled only if it has not been shipped already. You will receive a shipment confirmation email or text message when your order is shipped out.

If your order has not been shipped and you have paid the amount via debit card/credit card/ Net banking, the complete amount including shipping charges will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.

In case the order has been shipped, the refund can only be provided after we have received the shipment back in our warehouse.

In case of payment via cash on delivery, if the delivery is not accepted, cash on delivery will not be allowed in any future purchases for the customer.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order or from the date of receipt of your returned product.

In case of COD orders, store credit will be provided.

RETURN POLICY

TheStyleDiva.in provides easy returns on all products.

In case you'd like to return your products, you can contact the customer care at 9511918611 (11am to 6pm) or email us at care@thestylediva.in. You can also write to us through the “contact us” page.

To return your product, you need to call the customer support or write to us within 24 hours of the delivery and courier the product back so that it reaches us within 10 days of delivery.

No exchanges will be provided in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition. All tags and labels need to be intact.

In case of damaged product received, only another piece of the same product would be sent to the customer.

Detailed process for returns:

  1. Inform us within 24 hours of delivery about the return.
  2. Courier the products back to the return address informed by customer care. Please keep in mind, the product needs to be delivered to us within 10 days. That means to you need to send the product within a maximum of 4-5 days.
  3. Once we receive the product, the complete amount will be provided to you in form of store credits for future purchases that you can use at any point in time.
  4. Refunds can be provided only in case of prepaid orders(orders placed using credit card/debit card/netbanking/any other card), in which case the amount will be refunded back to the credit card/debit card/ bank account from which the amount was debited.
  5. In case of Cash on Delivery Orders, we would only be able to provide store credits which can be used at any time for any future purchases.
  6. Make sure you send the invoice along with the product so that the product can be traced back to your order.
